ThePivot.Earth’s purpose is to empower transformational leaders to collaborate courageously on enduring systems change through regenerative agriculture. We orchestrate initiatives co-activated with these leaders to support living soils and thriving communities tailored to the diverse needs of bioregions.

Design for Thriving Life. Nature's evolution is the ever-present model for how all beings live in thriving, resilient communities. Nature is at the heart of our inspiration to build capacity for interconnectedness and abundance while also increasing resilience.

Embody Stewardship. Attune to relationships and opportune moments to serve others by nurturing, guiding, and developing transformational leadership, communities, and the natural world, creating coherence and resonance in alignment with the greater flow of life.

Practice Mutuality. Prioritizing the reciprocal relationships that are foundational to foster connections and honor the inherent worth contribution to the whole. Individuals share responsibility to recognize needs, feelings, and perspectives of the other, leading to interactions

Our Mission - HOW we do what we do?

Whole System Design for Impact. We design systems for shared context with transformational leaders by co-creating strategic actionable roadmaps that clearly outline the design and implementation of programs and projects required for impact.

Intelligence Agency & Innovation Brokers. We are an agency collaborating with a select few. We facilitate dialogues between leaders and collectives to help them map their terrain, determine gaps and identify solutions. As innovation brokers we hold brave space and provide end-to-end orchestration through skin-in-the-game, long-term partnerships, birthing a

self-organizing regenerative ecosystem.

Capture learnings as we go. With each successful solution set, we develop a knowledge commons and codify it in playbooks. This makes it easier and more efficient for everyone to follow, creating an evolving logic for generating systems transformation and building the capacities necessary for creating a future possible.

Holistic Vision - What we are working on NOW

TPE is focused on laying the groundwork for impactful, systemic change by advancing our mission of whole system design and birthing a self-organizing regenerative ecosystem. We develop foundational playbooks that encapsulate our strategies, frameworks, and protocols, ensuring that every step aligns with our purpose of nurturing living soil, empowering

transformational leaders, and building thriving communities.

By partnering with select collaborators, we will experiment with innovative solution sets while curating a network of strategic partnerships. We will grow our capacity, develop funding streams through grants and philanthropic investments, create a marketing plan and establish a platform

for knowledge management and social networking. Through these efforts, TPE will begin mapping systems across bioregions, setting the stage for long-term, sustainable impact.

When all these efforts are continually woven together into a holistic system, the resulting solution sets provide a fast-track to kickstart the interdependent economic engines that will quickly improve the way land and relationships are purposed, designed and managed. This is the magic of sovereignty and mutuality: When efforts are in alignment and reciprocated, both internally and with external factors, all of life flourishes.

We will then be ready to invite more people in to play! Our systemic solution sets will be simple enough to scale and flexible enough to meet local needs, enabling our designs to be a transformative force in building a resilient, just and inclusive society.

Impact Vision - What does it LOOK like when we’ve DONE it?

As you enter the town, an atmosphere of active gratitude is palpable. New buildings rise, storefronts gleam, and the town square buzzes with a lively farmers market, the scent of baked goods and fresh dishes filling the air. Children spill out of school, eager for the market, playgrounds, and after-school activities. The young adult students are happily headed to their

after-school sports, creative arts activities and stimulating well-paying jobs.

The Chamber of Commerce, on the main street, offers comprehensive support for new businesses, guiding entrepreneurs step by step. Their services keep growing with all the pieces needed to create success in the setup of new ventures, from legal and economic tools to personal guides that support entrepreneurs through their process.

On the periphery of town, forest ecosystems, rivers and lakes are replenished, and biodiversity thrives. Farm animals roam green fields, and the air hums with the sound of birds and insects. A nearby park hosts a joyous celebration with local foods, laughter, and spontaneous music

around a fire. Around the dinner table, community members express deep appreciation for ThePivot.Earth team, whose work over the past few years, has built relationships through listening deeply to community needs, and responded with customized solutions that became the seeds of something much bigger: transformation of the whole ecosystem back to thriving life.
